Satna Titus in Pichaikkaran

Current sensational heroines who are ruling the industry are from the Gods own country Kerala .Satna Titus who marks her debut in Pichaikkaran is the latest to join this long list.

 "I am the first generation artiste from my family, hence i had to convince my parents to venture into the tinsel world.I  had done modelling but they were against me entering into the film industry. Since i was firm in my decision my parents understood that acting is my passion and now they are very supportive in all i do.

I'm a big movie buff and my preference is Tamil films.My favourite actors are Vijay sir  and Dhanush sir.Though i had faced camera earlier for plenty of modelling assignments i was very nervous facing the camera for the films. May be the volume of fame and name that is tagged to the films was making me nervous.I had to thank Vijay Antony sir and  director Sasi sir  for making me feel easy in the location.I'm really blessed to work with Director Sasi in my debut film. His 'Poo' is my most favorite team. His films give ample scope for the heroines to perform. Neelambari of Padayappa, Sakthi of Alaipayuthey,Kalpana of Ghajini are my ideal and idol roles.It is my dream to bag such roles in my life. 

 Vijay Antony sir  is very mild from the external point of view but very strong and focused on his love and passion for cinema. The intensity he brings into his role once the camera is on speaks volume about his commitment.May be this commitment is the driving force behind his continuous hits. With whatever i had seen of 'Pichaikkaran', he has got another hit in the pipe line. I am extremely delighted to be a part of this project.I thank Vijay Antony corporation for providing ,me an opportunity and for realizing my dreams to become a heroine in the Tamil film Industry. 

பிச்சைகாரனில்  அறிமுகமாகும் "Satna Titus"  

அன்றும் , இன்றும் , என்றும் தமிழ் திரை கதா நாயகிகள் கேரளாவில் இருந்துத் தான் அதிகம் வருகின்றனர். பழக்கமான முகமும்,எளிதாக புரிந்துக் கொள்ளும் தன்மையும் அவர்களை தமிழ் திரை உலகின் உச்சத்தில் உட்கார வைக்கிறது.அந்த வரிசையில் விஜய் ஆண்டனி நடிப்பில், 'பூ', டிஷும்'ஆகியப் படங்களை இயக்கிய சசி இயக்கத்தில் வெளி வர இருக்கும் 'பிச்சைகாரன்' படத்தில் கதாநாயகியாக வரும்  புதுமுகம் Satna Titus  இடம் பிடிக்கிறார்.

' இதுவரை என்னை தவிர சினிமாவில் என் குடும்பத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் யாரும் நடித்ததில்லை. ஒரு சில விளம்பரங்களில் விளையாட்டாக நடித்து உள்ளேன். ஆனால் நான் சினிமாவுக்கு வரப் போகிறேன் என்றதும் என் குடும்பத்தில் பெரும் களேபரமே நடந்து விட்டது.நான் என் முடிவில் தீவிரமாக இருப்பதை பார்த்த என் பெற்றோர்கள் , போனால் போகட்டும்  என்றே நடிக்க விட்டார்கள். விளம்பரங்களுக்காக கேமரா முன்பு நான் நடித்து இருந்தாலும் , சினிமா படப்பிடிப்பில் கேமரா முன் நிற்க  முடியவில்லை. பயத்தில் கை கால் நடுங்க ஆரம்பித்து விட்டது.ஒரு நடிகையாக பிநாளில் வர உள்ள புகழும் , பெயரும் தான் இந்த அச்சத்தை தருகிறது என்று நினைக்கிறேன்.ஆயினும் படப்பிடிப்பில் பயம் இன்றி நடிக்க எனக்கு தைரியம் கொடுத்த இயக்குனர் சசி சாருக்கும்,விஜய் ஆண்டனி சாருக்கும் நன்றி. இயக்குனர் சசி சாரின் படத்தில் நடிப்பதற்கு நான் கொடுத்து வைத்து இருக்க வேண்டும்.அவரதுப் படங்களில் கதாநாயகிக்கு கொடுக்கப் படும் முக்கியத்துவம் அப்படி இருக்கும்.

 தமிழ் திரை உலகில் நாயகிகளுக்கு  முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்க பட்ட  பூ  மாரி,படையப்பா நீலாம்பரி,அலை பாயுதே சக்தி, கஜினி கல்பனா , என்று நீங்கா இடம் பெரும் கதாபாத்திரங்கள் கிடைக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே என் ஆசை.சசி சாரின் இயக்கத்தில் நடித்தால் அப்பேற்பட்ட பாத்திரங்கள் கிடைக்கும் என்பதில் எனக்கு  நம்பிக்கை உண்டு.

விஜய் ஆண்டனி சார் வெளித் தோற்றத்தில் மிகவும் மென்மையாக இருப்பவர். ஆனால்  படப்பிடிப்பு தளத்தில் அவரது வேகத்தில் ஒரு அசுர பலம் தெரியும்.சினிமா , சினிமா, என்றே எந்த நேரமும் அதே கவனத்தில் இருப்பார்.தொடர்ந்து மூன்றுப் படங்கள் ஹிட் கொடுத்து இருப்பதின் சூட்சுமம் இதுதான் என்று நினைக்கிறேன்.நான் பார்த்த வரையில் பிச்சைகாரன் படமும் அவரது வெற்றி பட்டியலில் நிச்சயம் சேரும்.எனக்கு வாய்பளித்த , என் கனவை நனவாக்கிய விஜய் ஆண்டனி Corporation நிறுவனத்தினருக்கு என் மனமார்ந்த நன்றி' என்றார்
