Raindropss, a widely known youth-based social organisation, having its Brand Ambassador as Music Director A.R.Raihanah (Sister to Oscar winning Music Composer A.R.Rahman) organised the New Year celebrations with the less privileged children’s from Seers Girls Home at Etc Restaurant & Cafe.
Music Composers Ghibran, A.R.Raihanah, Industrialist Dr. V. G.Santhosam, Environmentalist Dr. Sultan Ahmed Ismail, Dr. T. V. Devarajan, Youth Icon Mohammed Yunus, and Dr. Ushaa Eswaran graced the occasion and celebrated the New Year along with the kids and the members of Raindropss.
As a part of Raindropss Hands for Chennai initiative, Raindropss distributed rehabilitation materials like steel and bunk cots for Kids Seers Girls home, Baba Gurukulam and Sewing machines, Laundry machines for the identified individuals in the city. Volunteers and supporters of Raindropss were felicitated in the event as a part of thanks giving for their efforts during Chennai Flood Relief.
It’s notable; Raindropss has been selected as BEST SOCIAL ORGANIZATION for its various social awareness projects and initiatives and Aravind Jayabal, Founder & Creative Head of Raindropss has been selected as the BEST SOCIAL ACTIVIST of 2015 for his outstanding contributions for the society by a media Channel.
