Actor Arun Vijay is all set to rock Sandalwood through 'Chakravyuha'

Actor Arun Vijay, who won a lot of acclaim for his antagonist role in the Ajith-starrer Tamil film Yennai Arindhal,has been in top of the news charts. If the recent news of his tireless shooting for continuous 36 hours for his home company In Cinema  entertainment  directed by Arivazhagan  has a  point to prove on his endurance towards the work , the latest news of good will talk from the Kannada film industry thanks to his debut film in Kannada 'Chakravyuha'  takes him one step further in terms of being an accepted actor in all regional languages. The brawny actor loves to perform stunts in all his movies and hence it comes as no surprise, that the film he had chosen for his Kannada debut, Chakravyuha, is an action-packed one.

 "I've been following the Sandalwood industry for a long time, but I was waiting for the right role and production team to make my debut here. I did get offers before from other regions, but this was a role in which I could prove my versatility” said the multi-talented actor Arun Vijay.

The film, starring Puneeth Rajkumar and Rachita Ram, and directed by M Saravanan, is loosely based on the 2013 Tamil film Ivan Veramathiri and will have Arun play antagonist yet again. He had to put in a lot since the character was tough and action was involved which made him to feel that working in Saravana’s film was like working in three films. He expresses the bond with the lead Puneeth: "Puneeth sir and I have a lot of mutual respect for each other. We were able to establish a good working relationship because we both hail from filmic backgrounds. Even during the stunt sequences, which require a lot of understanding and coordination, we were able to pull them off quite comfortably and complemented each other."Both the hero and villain’s character travel in a parallel path which adds more weight to the film. 

Arun Vijay feels that Sandalwood is no less than any industry. "Kannada films are arriving positively competing with other regional languages very strongly i would say , and 'Chakravyuha' will stand testimonial to this factor. There was no  barriers and  budget constraints. It was a quality film by any standard” said Arun, very confidently.
