'Vinodan' produced by Prabhu Deva for his Prabhu Deva studios began the shooting today in the out skirts of Chennai. Director Victor Jayaraj expressed confidence on completing the project well in advance.' The work shop i conducted to enhance the acting skills and the methodology we are adopting in terms of planning will push us towards our target of providing a quality project in stipulated time. Varun,Vedhika, My self Victor Jayaraj, and the title 'Vinodan'...We all have 'V' as a beginning letter. It is not just co incidence , believe me it is a sketched plan to have a team of 'V' .Vinodan has a 'V' connect beyond just being Victorious' declared Victor Jayaraj.

பிரபு தேவாவின் தயாரிப்பில் பிரபு தேவா ஸ்டுடியோஸ் தயாரிக்கும் பலப் படங்களில் ஒன்றான 'விநோதன் ' படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு இன்றுத் தொடங்கியது. உற்சாகமும் , பொறுப்பும் கலந்த ஒருக் கலவையான மன நிலையில் இருந்த இயக்குனர் விக்டர் ஜெயராஜ் ' இந்தப் படத்தில் நடிக்கும் நடிக நடிகையர்க்கு நான் துவக்கிய நடிப்பு பயிற்சி அரங்கம், நடிப்பவர்கள் அவர்களதுப் பாத்திரப் படைப்பை உணர்ந்து நடிக்க உதவும்.இந்த நடிப்புப் பயிற்சியும், தெளிவான திட்டமிட்டு செயல் படும் மனநிலையும் இருந்தால் குறிப்பிட்டக் காலக் கட்டத்தில், தெளிவான நீரோடைப் போன்ற ஒருப் படத்தை படைக்க முடியும என்பதை தான் எனது முதல் படத்தில் நான் நிரூபிக்க முயற்சி செய்கிறேன்..
கதாநாயகன் வருண், நாயகி வேதிகா, விக்டர் ஆகிய நான் , படத்தின் தலைப்பான 'விநோதன் ' என்று எங்கள் எல்லோருடைய பெயரும் 'V ' என்ற எழுத்திலேயே துவங்குவது வெறும் தற்செயலாக துவங்கியது அல்ல. வெற்றிக்கு அப்பாற்பட்டு கதை களத்தில் கூட 'V ' என்கிற ஓர் எழுத்து முக்கிய பங்கு பெரும்' என்றார்.
