For some reason, Bandla Ganesh is keen to bag the Telugu theatrical rights of bilingual films rather than producing big-budget entertainers with Tollywood Stars. He already obtained the rights of Raghava Lawrence's next horror-comedy flick. Now, Our Blockbuster Producer bags rights of one more crazy project. Apparently, Mani Ratnam's upcoming flick stars Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles. Bandla Ganesh attained the Telugu theatrical rights of this movie for a fancy price even before the shoot began. Mani Ratnam's succèss rate dropped in the recent past. It was with 'Ok Bangaram' he managed to retain his lost glory. Irrespective of success & failure, Mani's films have always been hot cakes in business circles. That's proven again with his next venture, touted to be a romantic drama.
